Blog post ranks No. 1 in targeted keyword search

Native MKTG helped GPL Technologies gain visibility among visual effects producers with a clever SEO post that riffs on a pop culture movie. Packed with seven keywords, the post ranked No. 1 in Google’s organic search results for “managed services provider” VFX (viewed 04.16.18). I ghostwrote the post for Native MKTG.

EWB-USA Celebrates Another Successful Water Project

Engineers Without Borders (EWB) USA takes on sustainable engineering projects that help communities live healthy, productive lives. The EWB-USA Florida Professional Chapter is wrapping up work in Honduras' Nahuaterique Region, where the chapter partnered with an NGO to deliver drinking water to two villages. I volunteered to write a story for EWB-USA's blog to show how both the villages and volunteers benefited, and to encourage new volunteer recruits.

Powered by volunteer engineers and professionals, each EWB-USA project takes about five years to plan, design, build and turnover. Projects are built in partnership with the communities they serve, and members of the community learn how to operate and maintain the projects before EWB-USA closes out the engagement. EWB-USA has worked in 46 countries on 5 continents to find engineering solutions for potable water supplies, sanitation, bridge crossings, sustainable food sources and other critical services.

Engineering magazine explores driverless car technology

When I wrote about The Sanborn Map Company's precision mapping technology, I was surprised to learn just how close they can get to a driverless car's position. Compared to GPS maps, which locate vehicles within 1 meter, Sanborn's HD maps get within less than 10 centimeters.

That's crucial for safe driverless driving.

Learning about advanced technologies and their applications is just one reason I enjoy writing case studies for companies like Bentley.
